My order never arrived, what should I do?
Oh no! Hopefully this won't happen, but if it does, although our carriers work independently to deliver your package, we'll sort this out together! If it's marked as delivered and it's only been one day - tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!

How long will it take to receive my order?
We usually ship within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). And you will receive your order within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). Know that we do everything we can to get orders out the door as quickly as possible

How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a separate email with a track and trace number to track your order. Sometimes this email ends up in spam or promotion folders, so be sure to check there if it looks like you've been waiting a little too long. You can also log in to your account and click on the relevant order to see the status. *Please note that it can sometimes take a day or two for the tracking to be updated by the courier. If it looks like it's not moving, chances are it's on its way!

Do you also deliver in Belgium?
Of course. We deliver to both the Netherlands and Belgium.

We work hard to include as much information about our products as possible in our product descriptions on the product page, but if you would like to know something more specific, please contact us.


The product I want is out of stock, when will it be available?
We strive to keep our stocks in line with demand. However, from time to time a certain product may be out of stock. If any of our products are out of stock, feel free to message us and we'll let you know when you can order it again.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase and come back for more. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us at info@wiesba.com to initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Can I exchange an item?
If you ordered the wrong color or style, you can exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify, items must be unworn, undamaged, unmarked and in their original packaging.
