Delivery time and shipping costs

We handle your order carefully and do everything we can to deliver it to you as soon as possible. We always try to ship your order within 1 to 2 working days. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. We will then inform you by e-mail. On the product page is an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices listed on www.gpssmartwatch.nl include shipping costs.

We ship for free to:

  • The Netherlands
  • Belgium

Your order will be shipped via DHL. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. Consult the DHL website for a delivery time indication. We have no influence on this.

DHL will keep you informed via e-mail about the delivery status of your order.

Damage to the package

Check for damage to your package upon delivery. For example, a tear in the packaging, or a large dent in the box. Are you unsure? Then do not accept the package and refuse the shipment. The package will then automatically be returned to us for inspection.
