GPS Smartwatch® Return your device

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order until 14 days after date of receipt cancel without giving any reason, and undo your purchase.

After the period of 14 days it is upon receipt not possible anymore to make use of your right of withdrawal unless it concerns a warranty issue. Your purchase is then a fact.

If you want to make use of your 14-day right of withdrawal, you must indicate this in writing by a e-mail to us, stating your order number.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs amount to € 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.

General information

The General Terms and Conditions (See also the Consumers' Association website) clearly state that a consumer must handle the product and packaging with care during the cooling-off period of 14 days after receipt. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. The starting point here is that the consumer may only handle and inspect the product as he would be allowed to do in a shop

Our tip and advice : Fit the watch directly on your child's wrist, and determine and assess the size based on your child's wrist width. Then install the watch according to our manual. Then take the watch outside, but do not wear it on your child. For example, take it with you in your jacket pocket and walk or drive a bit through your area. This will give you a good idea of ​​how a GPS children's watch works. This way you prevent traces of use that lead to a decrease in value.

Signs of use = Depreciation

During the 14-day withdrawal period, reflection period, cooling-off period, you may test the product and assess it as you would in a physical store.

If the product does show signs of use or if the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on the depreciation of the product to you. When the In extreme cases it can go up to 100%. In practice, second-hand watches are offered at 50% to 75% of the new price. So treat the product and packaging with care as you would in a physical store to view and try the product. Also arrange good packaging for the return shipment. (No plastic envelopes, wrap with tape, or use gift wrap) Most post offices and PostNL points also sell boxes. In addition, the watch must be returned to factory condition. So no more phone numbers or names may be programmed into the watch, and your app account must be deleted.

When the label (IMEI & QR code) is loose, it falls under used and we can no longer take the smartwatch back.

Repair costs

In some cases we may charge repair costs to get a product back to new condition. For example, think of scratches on the display. In some cases these can be polished. The repair costs can be deducted from the purchase price. Sometimes GPS watches are still linked to a user account, and/or they still contain SOS and/or other telephone numbers. The device must then be reinstalled. This all costs time and money , and also falls under repair costs. Of course we will always inform you in advance if this applies.

Please note : Parcel or Post shipments that are returned without consultation , and/or outside the withdrawal period , or spontaneously, can be refused and/or returned. Rejection costs are for your own account. If we have to return the package to you, there will be costs involved. ( Shipping costs and handling costs € 14.95 )

Business purchases are excluded from making use of the right of withdrawal.

We will then receive the order amount due 10 working days = 2 weeks , refund after receipt of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. Activated SIM cards supplied will not be reimbursed and are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
